Root of Success Foundation started with a vision to provide skill-based training to students who wanted to make a career in need based sectors. The objective was to extend this training to the huge educated and potential manpower base in the rural/urban areas. From that initial focus on Agriculture and Need Based, Root of Success Foundation graduated to developing and delivering training programs in urban, semi–urban and rural areas.

The vision of Root of Success Foundation is to build a sustainable business model in the skill development sector and work towards the mission to skill and employ 10 Thousand youths by the end of 2025.

To enable people to take responsibility for the situation of the deprived Society and motivate them to seek resolution through individual and collective action thereby enabling people to realize their full potential. To make people discover their potential for action and change. Upgrade skills to international standards through significant industry involvement and develop necessary placement opportunities for the weaker section of the society with the help of Skill Development.
